Latest OEMV firmware version 3.620 highlights

Corrected issue related to GLONASS operating frequency change.
After a reset, the previous almanac log is now immediately available.
Improved RTK solution, which assesses the quality of L2 signals.
OmniSTAR tracking has been improved to allow OEMV-1 products to track previously unavailable signals.
Enhancements to NovAtel's GL1DE™ technology. GLONASS measurements are now integrated to provide increased satellite availability.
Support for NMEA 2000 Parameter Group Messages.

Important Notes

- Many of these archives' will unzip to the default directory "c:\unzip", which may cause some installation files to be overwritten if you unzip two of these archives consecutively. Please ensure that you specify a unique unzip directory if you choose to unzip more than one OEM4 archive at a time.
- Please refer to the "howto.txt" files for detailed instructions on how to load this new firmware into your receiver.
- Please be sure to read the "whatsnew.txt" files for information on changes in this new firmware release.
